JellyBean 4.1 is latest update from Google, everybody trying to install JellyBean on their device which is latest fashion today. Now you can install Jelly Bean 4.1 on Galaxy Tab 7.7 via Paranoid Android ROM. Well know Rom for new devices. Paranoid Android Rom is generally known for its tab as well as phone UI interface. Both are mix in one means you can enjoy tablet experience in phone also. The ROM is a hybrid of these two UIs and because of that, settings are provided to suit your tastes. DPI sizes can be adjusted as much as you want and as often as you want. All thanks goes to XDA Developers member Androguide.fr has made possible for this Rom.
This Procedure is only tested on all Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 inch, not for any other versions of Galaxy Tab or any other device. If you still try this there will be undesired outcomes, it is not tips4tab responsibility neither developer. We are providing information for guide purpose only, so no guarantee for any damage.
We have explained all required steps in detail:
Step 1: To ensure that you do not lose anything, please create backup of SMS, Contacts, APN settings, Whatapp chat messages etc. [Take help from Titanium Backup app-Download]
Step 2: Please ensure that you have battery minimum 60% battery levels.
Step 3: While installing custom ROM or rooting your device it is required to enable USB debugging. You will find USB debug enable options in Settings>>Developer option.
Step 4: If you have already rooted your device and install CWM recovery and going to install a ROM then please backup your Firmware ROM using CWM recovery.
Step 5: We suggest a full backup of your apps and cache data, if you are rooted use Titanium Backup [App backup and Restore tutorial].
Step 6: Please disable Antivirus, Firewall or other security apps before flashing Root, Firmware or Custom ROM as them may interrupt the procedure.
Step 7: Please insure that you have correct driver and ADB installed on your System.
If you face any issues you can restore ROM using CWM recovery. After installing Backup you can restore all apps, SMS, Contacts and settings safely.

How to update with Paranoid ROM for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7
Step 1: Connect your Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 to PC with the help of original USB cable.
Step 2: Copy the Downloaded file *.zip (Google Apps and ParanoidAndroid Rom file) in the root of your phone SD card.
Step 3: Now, switch off and restart your phone but this time boot in CWM Recovery Mode. Recovery mode is a place where you can boot firmware with storage device.
Note: Recovery Mode in Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 can be entered by Pressing and holding the Volume up and Power Button together. In recovery, use the Volume buttons to scroll up/down and the power button to select items.
Step 4: In recovery mode, select “Wipe data/factory reset” & “Wipe Cache partition”. It will clear all the cache memory so that no error occurs during the firmware update procedure.
Step 5: Now, on recovery mode select “install zip from sd card” > “choose zip from internal sd card” and then choose the Pandroid Android ROM firmware Package which you have placed in Root directory of phone. Confirm by pressing yes.
Step 6: After Firmware installation is complete, go back to the main recovery menu, select advanced, then select Fix permissions.
Step 7: repeat same procedure in step 5 but this time selects Google apps.
Step 8: It will take around 5 minutes for applying the update. Also, note that it may take longer time than the normal time for the first reboot.
Note: As this is the not official Firmware and has limited Functionality but being on the safe side to make sure you know that after installing this firmware update, you can get FC errors, boot loops, several other bugs, apps might not work or worse, your phone might not boot. To fix, you will have to reinstall stock firmware.
